Office Information

To schedule an appointment, please call our office between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday. At that time, we will ask you to explain the nature of your visit, so that we may allow the appropriate amount of time for you appointment.

Cancelling Appointments

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 1 business day. This notice will allow another patient to use your appointment time.

Late Arrivals

We respect the time of all our patients. We strive to stay on schedule so that you do not have to wait. If you are delayed and arrive late for your appointment, every effort will be made to see you the same day. On occasion, you may be asked to wait or reschedule your appointment.

Emergencies

If you are our current patient, there is a physician on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you with an urgent medical problem. If your medical condition is life threatening call 911.

If the emergency occurs during office hours, call the main number to get in touch with Dr. Reddy.

If the emergency occurs after office hours, call the main number and you will be instructed on how to contact the physician on call. The physician on call will return your call as quickly as possible. Please limit your calls to true emergencies.

If your problem is not a medical emergency, please call during office hours. Prescription refill requests will be handled only during office hours. Birth control pill prescriptions will not be refilled by the on-call doctor on the weekend.

Medical Records

You are entitled to copies of your medical records, for yourself or for another medical provider. After providing our medical records secretary with the proper written authorization, the office will release you records.

Please allow 10 business days for us to prepare and mail/fax your medical records.

Prescriptions

If you are on a long-term medication, our physician will typically prescribe a sufficient quantity to last until your next visit. If you are running out of medicine, it is likely because you need to make a follow-up appointment.

Prescription refills will only be handled during office hours. Please allow 2 business days for your refill to be processed. Notify your pharmacy of your refill request and your pharmacy will contact our office.

Insurance

Insurance plans vary greatly, and each plan has its own policies, requirements and restrictions. Before visiting us for the first time, please check with your insurance company to make sure we are part of their approved provider network. Also, please confirm that you have the proper authorization for your visit and any procedures that may be performed.

Please present your insurance card at the time of your visit to help us determine your co-pay and office visit, laboratory and hospital coverage. Our friendly office staff is happy to assist you and will submit your insurance claim.

Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

Please bring only infant children to appointments. No other children will be permitted.
